Booking Rules and Hosting Policy:

  •   Reservations will only be confirmed after payment is made via  bank deposit of at least 50% of the agreed amount (proved by E-mail). After the agreed deadline and the payment or deposit has not been confirmed, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.

  • For packages, deposit of 50%, with the remainder being able to be paid in installments (information with the administration of the conditions for installment payment).

 

  • Failure to appear and lack of any prior communication on the reserved date will result in the cancellation of the reservation after 12 hours have elapsed.

  • Payment of the remaining 50% of the agreed amount (only by deposit) must be made at check-in.

  • Partial or total withdrawal, if the guest is inside the inn, there will be no refund of any difference in the amount paid.

  • Check-in starts at 14:00 and check-out is at 12:00. The guest's stay in the accommodation after the expiration of the time will incur a charge of another half day until 4:00 pm or one night after this time, with accommodation availability.

  • Changes to the booking date have a deadline of 7 days prior to the date of entry (no changes will be made to packages) and no transfer fee will be charged, only the possible difference in price between one period and another.

  • Upon making the deposit (pre-booking) of the contractor, the contracting of the services described above is formalized.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Read it carefully, it's important!

   Considering the beginning of the package or day, the amount paid will be refunded as follows:

  • up to 31 days prior to entry, return of 90% of the amount paid;

  • from 21 to 30 days prior to entry, 80% of the amount paid will be refunded;

  • up to 20 days prior to entry, return from 0 to 80% of the amount paid;

  • up to 7 days before entry There will be no refund of the amount paid.

  1. ​​​​​​​ Withdrawal without cancellation - "No show", the non-attendance without prior written communication, on the scheduled arrival date, will be considered No show. There will be no refund of the amount paid.

  2. Withdrawal after entry will not entitle you to any type of refund, cash refund or credit for new nights.
